4. Orders & Payment

4.2 Pricing

All prices are listed in the currency displayed at checkout (typically BDT or USD equivalent). Prices are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors in pricing.

5.1 Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by high demand, payment verification delays, or technical issues beyond our control.

6. Refunds & Disputes

6.1 Eligible Refund Scenarios

• The product key / code is invalid and cannot be resolved within 48 hours
• The wrong product was delivered
• The order was charged but never fulfilled within the stated delivery window

6.2 Non-Refundable Scenarios

• The product was successfully delivered and activated
• You changed your mind after purchase
• The product was used, redeemed, or shared with a third party
• Account bans by the platform provider (e.g. Netflix, Riot Games) due to your own actions

6.3 Dispute Process

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Share, resell, or redistribute purchased digital products without our express written consent
• Create multiple accounts to abuse promotional offers or discount codes
• Submit false or misleading information during purchase or dispute processes
• Conduct chargeback fraud or use stolen payment methods
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other user accounts or our systems

Violation of these rules may result in permanent account suspension and potential legal action.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.
